Positives: The only thing I truly can say I appreciated was the gals at the desk. The rest of the stay was horriable
Negatives: The room was dirty. Poo, on the bathroom wall. The shower wall and floor was gross. No hand soap and no body soap. There are 2 fridges in the room. The one is so loaf you can't sleep. The other was dirty. The window didn't open. I couldn't run the air. When I plugged the air conditioner in it blew dust in my face and it was loud. When I asked for coffee to be brought up to my room. The house keeping employee opened my door with a key,no knock nothing! I was scared to death. I didn't sleep that whole night. The manger of the hotel said that's normal procedure for their hotel. So I guess it's normal to walk into someone's room unannounced these days. That's safe...seeing that I was alone on this trip! The manger asked why I didn't ask ti change rooms? I stated when I checked in the front desk said that was their best room in the hotel. Why would I ask for another room if that was the best room! I asked for a partial refund. The manger said the best he could do was 15% off one night. I told him that was not good enough. He then gave me 15% off all 3 nights, which was the sum of $45.00. I feel I should least half of the 3 days. They didn't care about the rooms nor my safety. I will be putting this hotel on yelp, Google review, Facebook etc@ what happened to me should not happen ever. No one should ever walk into your room unannounced. Further more when you pay $145.00 a night for a room you exspect it to be clean,have all the amenities that is stated on the website. Also you exspect the hotel would truly want to take care of the customers. I never ate the breakfast the 3 days I was their. I will make sure this hotel is known about for sure!
