The bathroom was appalling. There was hair stuck in the sink. The sink was dirty. There were boogers stuck to the wall. There were dirty towels. The door wouldn’t shut all the way and it WOULD NOT lock. The room REEKED of cigarettes.

The beds were comfortable and the rooms are spacious. The staff were friendly and responsive.
Negatives:
One of our room key cards didn't work so we had it rekeyed and it worked once and then quit working again. The sack breakfast was decent except that the fruit was oranges, one was shriveled and browning and the other was not ripe yet. Also the coffee maker had been used and still had a used coffee pod in it. It would be safer to have at least one grab bar in the shower.
