Negatives: Very uncomfortable experience

Negatives: The room heater didn't work (only the fan operated). Temperature was in the 50's at 3 AM. The heater vent opened to the walkway, letting in loud conversations til well after midnight.

Negatives: Advertising was definitely not how the rooms looked. I would definitely not choose to stay at this hotel again.. I don't like making these reviews, but once I decided to have a conversation with the manager, I got 1 call back and never heard from them again. Hope they figure out the problem because you can't miss it.

Negatives: Mattress was not too comfortable and bathroom knob was hard to turn on and off including hot breakfast service

Negatives: The room smelled like cigarettes, you had to go to the shower for hand washing soap. The shower was so slippery my husband told me to shower when we got home. The bed was horrible. I had a horrible experience there as I travel often would not recommend if you are trying to rest. The breakfast was a bag of frozen food.

Negatives: The facility was dirty and really disappointed withe the customer service

Negatives: sunken bath tub was acword for me at my age. 87

Negatives: Before too hard not enough water pressure for shower

Negatives: There was no breakfast available as promised during booking

Negatives: Bath faucet wouldn’t work… only the shower. Toilet didn’t like to flush

Negatives: Day of leaving had a fussy baby and trying to get everything loaded up but had to keep tending to my one month old who was struggling with keeping formula down due to a sensitive tummy and allergies, a rash from diapers due to sensitive skin, a rash under neck due reaction from spitting up & vomiting from formula. Anyways… rough morning checking out and staff knocked on door to see if we’re checking out I told them yes but running behind due to baby and sleeping in after being kept up most the night. I continued loading my car and tending to baby and 4 year old when we got a call from the front desk asking how much longer I gave her an estimated time and she said she’ll have to charge an extra day and I said if that’s what she needs to do that is fine and she had a rude tone but talking on the phone was only holding me up longer so I told her not much I can do about it. When I was finished and went to the office I walked in on her gossiping about us to the staff over the phone. Complaining about how long we’re taking and how she told us she was going to have to charge us so I chimed in and told her “and I said that was fine, do what you need to do”. Very rude, unprofessional woman that we dealt with twice and both times left us not wanting to come back. Considering the cock roaches we came across each time we stayed there I didn’t really see what she was all stuck up for. I could see if it were a fancy, well kept hotel but it was not so the attitude was a bit misplaced
