Very outdated, half of the lights needed replacing and the pull out bed was so uncomfortable we couldn't use it.

Location very good, staff very good. Super clean as ALWAYS. Warm chocolate chip cookies in the evening is such a nice touch, gives you a homey feeling and is very appreciated.

The bathrooms are clean but VERY DARK - it is like shaving in a dimly lit room. It detract from the overall experience.

We liked having extra space--its basically a one bedroom unit with a stocked kichenette. Having a stove, refridgerator and microwave plus all cooking and eating utensils was very helpful. Free breakfast was great too!
Negatives:
Our room backed up to the highway, so there was some noise. It's not terrible, but it reminds you you're in roadside lodging. Also $10 parking fee.

Very convenient to freeway. Clean rooms. Nicely decorated lobby. The night auditor, Vicky, was super friendly and very helpful. Preorder breakfast and we had a surgery appointment at 730 so its ready in a brown bag, so quick and easy. And the food I ordered was very good! Highly recommend this chain
