Beautiful Hotel, comfortable rooms were very spacious.
Negatives:
We booked 2 rooms for 1 night with Booking.com. We had both confirmation #'s, had paid in advance but the hotel only found one reservation--called Booking.com, they called the front desk--took 2 1/2 hours to resolve. check-in time was 4--took us 2 1/2 hours to finally get a room. GM wrote to me saying "do not use 3rd party app to book this hotel in the future" ?????
