Upon check in, had to change rooms 4 times before we found a clean pull out sofa. Deteriorated mattresses had blood, crumbs and other questionable debris on them. Beds were uncomfortable, pull out beds were awful that caused terrible back pain, rooms had musty smell, noticed previous guests food crumbs by bed only as were scouring room for items left behind upon leaving room. Someone spilled ketchup in elevator and took almost a whole day for hotel to clean. Hallways had random food spills as well. Stayed here in January 2024 was great and clean. Not even 6 months later and this place has gone down hill and fast.

the room being made and not having to move to another room. then this room toilet wasn’t working properly and the ac unit kept blowing, so my guess it was broken too. this was my girlfriend birthday. what an experience! unbelievable
