Air conditioning was great. Shower was very good

The whole property was dirty and too much dog feces. Large trash bin was within 6 ft of our door. Usually there are alot of dog people at this hotel but no one stayed there this time for good reason. It appeared to be low income housing instead of a decent hotel. There were bugs in our room every night in the bathroom and sink. Beds were worn and caved (mattresses need to be flipped when cleaning room, if it got cleaned). Last year the hotel obviously needed updating but was at least clean. Booking.com should remove this property from your site. Really not worthy of being there. I will not return to this property, period. I would never recommend this to anyone.

Dirty rooms, dirty grounds, beds...
Positives:
Ice machine works now.
Quiet.
Staff was pleasant.
More family oriented with kids and parents in the pool.
Fewer Halfway House people hanging around.
Negatives:
Gang graffiti on the desk, underneath where chair goes.
Plastic paneling coming off the desk, near the floor.
One large and one small Bill Gates mosquitoes in the room.
Dog droppings on the grass area.
Key-card often shows red many times before it turns green and can enter.

Staff nice.
Compensated for no light or fan in bathroom,
and TV that still did not work, for the 4 day stay.
Mattress very soft, for people with back pain.

Still sort of looks like a rehab home for ex-offenders, homeless, and foreign nationals.
But a less noise.
Sidewalks could use a power-wash once a year of so.
Gum and food stains, etc.
Lots of barking dogs.

The property was very unsanitary the floor reek dirt and oily there was pubic hair on the floor hair all in the shower towels were dirty they didn’t have and covers on the bed only sheet there was no soap or face towel . There was no TV in the room no ice bucket and dirty every I had to go provide sheet from my vehicle. I called room service and went to the front seat no one answered.
