There were no highlights of my stay. It was detestable.

I got there shortly after check-in. I immediately went to my room (204; smoking room.) and started getting ready. I locked the top deadbolt. About three hours later when I attempted to leave my room, the deadbolt would not budge. I was locked in. I called the office (a dozen times at least) on the phone provided in the room and got no answer. After 40 minutes, I had to call through my cell phone and it still took 15 minutes for someone to even come to my room to help me. They ended up taking the screen off the window and nearly breaking the doorframe, trying to get the deadbolt unlocked. They even took it apart, and it still didn't budge. I climbed out the window and proceeded to go on my night out; I was determined to have a good time! Fast forward to when I get back for the night. I shower, get in bed, and sleep. All is well until Im awoken from my sleep by the urge to itch my toes and shoulders. I get up and look at the pillows; BED BUGS. Being trapped in the room due to an outdated deadbolt is one thing but BED BUGS ARE UNACCEPTABLE. I left immediately. When I slipped my keycard into the office, and told him why I was leaving, he said "You found the bed bugs?!?" Yes, I found the bed bugs. Absolutely detestable. Do not stay here. (unfortunately i cannot post the videos i took of the ALIVE ADULT BED BUGS)

Nothing about this place is worthy of a score any higher than bad. I was severely cut by a broken box spring, pertruding out. It had been there for some time due to the size of the hole. Then, the roof of the shower has caved in, and they covered the hole with particle board on top of the shower. We just left after my injury. When brought to staff attention, no concerns over injury. Their reply " Oh; you should have called us at 1 am no. My concern was stopping my bleeding, which I do have several pictures of my fiancé was appalled at staff response, no concern for our well-being. Never once we're I asked if I was I ok? Called cooperate filed complaint never heard back.
So now I'm going to local media with my claim and video/pictures evidence showing just how bad this place is and management.

Nothing I rather sleep on the sidewalk than stay here. At least I'd know the chance of danger. I'm not expecting to be cut getting into bed. Never was I reimbursed for staying nothing from staff. Booking.com I wouldn't keep recommending people stay at the dive. Bad business.
