Staff is friendly, rooms are spacious , from fridge to blowdryer and little dining table everything there.
Obviously rating it from a rational perspective ( can’t pay little and expect 5 star hotel ).
Some little sites a little worn off but that’s about it.

Motels staff mistake me from someone she knew and she was very rude and very disrespectful I was placed into a room that was infested with fleas and bed bug

The place allowed you to have pets but there were no way for pets to go and use the bathroom you had to go walk two blocks in order to have your dog go to the restroom they have bed bugs and fleas in the room

In a nice, quiet area of Sacramento, just a block away from the Governor's Mansion, in fact, and not far from the State Capitol Park. Beds comfortable and rooms are cool considering the hot weather. Good value with the price, too. Would easily stay there again.
Negatives:
The trade off with being in the nice part of Sacramento is that you're a 15-20 minute walk from the action and shops (including the DOCO precinct) and Old Town area, as well as the Amtrak station. Not a big deal if you plan your day and eat while already out, and there is a decent grocery and convenience food store just 2 blocks away if need be. I note this website mentions a free continental breakfast is provided. I was not made aware of it when checking in, and it's likely a basic muffin or something similar that's typical of cheaper hotels like this.

I was in town for an early morning appointment. The location was a mile away... actually a straight shot up the road!
Google Maps brought me straight to my room. Check-in was easy. Staff was pleasant and friendly. Parking was in front.
My room was great for what I needed it for. The bed was super comfortable, the fridge worked great as did the microwave. The bathroom is huge!
Grateful for the air conditioning!

The location was great and it was totally worth the price we paid. Our room included a lot of amenities such as a microwave, a fridge, a hairdryer, and a private bathroom. We were attending a concert just 1 mile away at Golden 1 center and this hotel worked out perfectly for us and for less than $100 you really can’t beat it!

Stayed on 2nd floor. No bugs room was clean. For a older motel not bad fridge, microwave air worked fine along with heater. Had our 2 small service dogs. It's not the Hilton but good for us. Staff very friendly. Alot of things within walking distance. Even spegetti factory we didn't have any issues that were on some reviews.
