Positives:
Good location to access the freeways. It was close to events I was attending and downtown Sacramento. No more than mile away to places I have visited in the past.
Negatives:
The room was decent. What I did not like is the self closing bathroom. It gave me a hospital/convalescent feel to the room which was off putting for me.

The coffee and options for coffee was terrible. We reported the sink in our room wasn't draining and nothing was ever done to correct it in the 5 days that we stayed.

The location was close to family and restaurants. Fitness center was okay. The guy who checked us in was friendly and helpful.
Negatives:
When we got to our room, it was freezing. We called and after a couple hours the maintance guy arrived he had a hard time getting the thermostat and unit to work. He set it at 72 we woke up to 78. It did not work properly the entire time. There was no microwave in the room. Breakfast was limited and omlettes were hard. Definitely not worth paying $250/ night. Maids were very impatient. Knock three times say maid service, repeat twice more without interruption. 9 knocks in a row every single time.

Negatives:
Found out after we got there that the water heater went out so our family had to take cold showers. We were told a hot breakfast was served until 10:00. We went to the breakfast area at 9:30 and everything was gone!
