Lots of crackhead surround the building. Lots of activity in the alley way which of course our room was located. I specifically booked a room with a bath tub and fridge and had neither one. There was also blood on the ceiling above the bed. Looks like someone killed themselves and it wasnt cleaned up

Crack heads, drug dealers and homeless run the property, the lobby is closed for a reason Im lets say high crime! The bullet proof glass to check in makes sense.

I'm a housekeeper of 15 years and I know that at times it's a mental set of thinking I did a good job on cleaning because you are trying to clean in timely manner and most of the time in a zone so we tend to overlook the minor detail of true cleaniness. And using your time effectively.
