The hotel is well maintained. The room is clean and spacious plus it even has dishes and tableware. Breakfast is decent.

It was rather difficult to find. It doesn't have elevators. Fortunately, the front desk was very kind to offer us a room on the first floor.

Kind of hard to find. Actually found through reading others’ reviews. Siri didn’t help. There should be a big sign or something in the strip mall you have to go into showing where to find access road (behind Carls Jr) to the hotel.

Location, close to freeway. Kitchen with eating area and full size fridge, large room, breakfast, breakfast area easy to walk to from all locations.
Negatives:
Dirty cleaning clothes left in kitchen sink, bath tub bottom was scratched and rusty. Toilet was so low it was difficult to get up and off of (definitely not at comfort level) and I am not overweight and in very good physical condition. Paying extra for parking. When you turn into the strip mall, there should be signage showing the turnoff to the hotel. Also signage at the entry gate should be displayed better.
