The cookie they gave at the front desk was the best part

The bed was too soft. Your head would sink down lower than your feet. Very difficult to sleep. The air conditioner did not work and we had to move rooms. They location of the room sucked, the view was of the top of the building.

I was surprised and disappointed that there was a $12 charge for parking. The lot was 3/4 empty and its San Bernardino, people its but like it New York! I should have read the fine print closer. Will probably not return to this hotel.
