The breakfast staff Isabelle and manager Kevin need a course or two in hospitality training. The booking said ‘breakfast included’. When I went to get my breakfast, Isabelle came up to me and said I had to pay. I am deaf and told her I didn’t understand. She said breakfast was not included and I had to pay yelling it in front of all the customers. I was so embarrassed. I pulled out my phone to show her and she dismissed me. So I went to the manager Kevin, who argued with me that it was the rate. After arguing with me he finally asked my room number and confirmed that breakfast IS included. No apology from him or Isabelle. Ruined everything for me. Will NEVER stay at any Hilton again. Too bad because I love traveling.

Every staff person,that we had any contact with,was very kind,helpful, and friendly. We had to change rooms and that was absolutely no problem. They responded quickly to the problems that we had with the 2 different rooms. Their hospitality was wonderful.
Negatives:
We were surprised at the pretty high cost of the fairly ordinary breakfast. Maybe the Continental Breakfast should be free, and the larger breakfast a few dollars less. Also, the pillows in both rooms were awful. Lumpy and thin. Had trouble in room 116 regulating the thermostat to deliver a pleasant temperature. It was not cool enough or it too cold. Maybe it needs instructions?
