I love how spacious our room was and everything was clean. The breakfast at Watercolors were also superb!
Negatives:
I was disappointed that I booked a room with bay view but I didn't get memo that it doesn't exist anymore because there is construction blocking the view. Usually hotels would send you a nite in advance to let you know about it. Also, the noise coming from the construction were a bit too much specially in the early morning where you just wanted to sleep in. The pool amenities were great but then again, there was construction so I couldn't really lounge and relax whilst there.

Positives:
We loved that the terrace had a great view, and the drinks there were delicious. The bartender on the terrace was very friendly and even gave us a free glass. The housekeeping staff were also very kind. The bathroom, particularly the shower, was excellent. The hot water was delightful, and that was what I enjoyed the most.
Negatives:
What we didn't like about the hotel: First, the location. Even though it's in Downtown, there's no parking. Valet parking is the only way to access your car, which can be a nightmare if you're traveling from afar and forget something in the car. If you go somewhere, you won't find parking in Downtown. Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the building, not even outside (terrace). One of the receptionists was not very friendly when we asked for our car back. The amenities were not restocked; they didn't provide extra water or other appreciated items in the room. The room had no view. It had a large window, but it only faced a construction site, which was very unappealing. The window couldn't be opened. There are homeless people and dangerous, drug-addicted individuals nearby. And that's why we didn't like it.
