I got charged $100 for a stain on the sheet and when I called to see why I got charged they said because of the stain on the sheet and comforter and they have to replace the whole bed set. I stated it was only on the sheet and she stated the manager charged $100 to replace the whole bed set.

I likes that it was conveniently located off Hwy 15 freeway. Beds/pillows were okay I liked that it had a pool. It also had 2 food restaurants nextdoor.
Negatives:
1) Entire place smelt bad like strong Fabuloso 2) The entire room was cooled by sticky swamp coolers without ventilation in our room so our room was so sticky and all my clothes smelt like that god-awful Fabuloso even when I came home!! 3) Breakfast (eggs) were awful except for the toast 4) The front staff had no personality/not friendly 5) The housekeeper was VERY RUDE!!

When we arrived and my daughter opened her backpack to find drawing pencils, the administrator said that she could not do it and urged not to do it, moreover, he said that I had to pick up all the things (2 backpacks and 2 bags) and I can only leave suitcases in the hall. When my daughter asked the administrator for a pen or pencil, he didn't have it either. After that, we were able to go to the check in, it turned out that I booked a room for the wrong dates. I didn't want to pay for the night we didn't stay at the hotel, so the receptionist canceled the following days without warning, said to pick up bags and leave to deal with the booking. With 3 suitcases, 2 backpacks, 2 bags and a child, I was forced to leave the hotel to call the booking and book the hotel again for the dates I needed. Needless to say that the money for a day not spent at the hotel, the hotel refused to return me. A few days later, we moved to a nearby hotel 1 meter away, where we were able to leave our bags for 3 hours before the check in and without any problems.
