THE FRONT DESK CLERK AT CHECK IN WAS SO NICE AND FRIENDLY IT SET A GREAT TONE FOR OUR STAY!

I really love the staff. From front desk and another young lady I dont recall her name to housekeeping. Everyone was amazing. My kids loved the breakfast. Didnt get to take advantage of the pool since it was cold and not much sun.

Every time I go here the housekeeper never doesnt bother my things I was able to get some of my things back but not all. I dont like that. The cookies made me sick as well

The bed was very firm, not comfortable for me to sleep.

Good location for all things at Miramar. Mattress is wrapped to prevent bed bugs. Rooms are clean.

Bathrooms still have bathtub shower combo when most now have walk in showers. Theyre safer and easier to use.
