No AC in the room , I spent 5 hours with the maintenance guy, then they move me to another room at 9 pm , I feel I paid for nothing, I lost the day

The pool was amazing. My family and I took a nice swim as well as relaxed in the jacuzzi. We also loved the cookies that they gave out for free in the lobby.
Negatives:
They had 2 elevators and one was permanently out and the other ended up going out and my mom got stuck on it during our stay. Also housekeeping didn’t keep our room up to well.

Lots of activities for the family.
Negatives:
Toilets wouldn’t flush. The tub was clogged. The tub faucet leaked all night. The dispenser for conditioner was broken. Only 1 elevator and took around 5-10 minutes! We had no choice but to use the stairs!The staff wasn’t so friendly. Not sure if I would stay here again.
