Positives:
The hotel location is very close to little Italy, Downtown and throly station to get you to old town. Also very close walk to the bay and walk through beside the bay. Need to a bit more walk to get the bay village. Location is very good for who does like to get good food and restaurants.

Positives:
I had the worst experience at this hotel. Their hospitality is subpar, and their corporate customer services disappoint. I reported that none of their elevators worked, posing a security risk, but they did nothing. This was during the 4th of July. Hundreds of people staying there (20-story building). I was forced to walk up and down seven flights of stairs. Our door lock did not work, and they did nothing. I will never stay there or recommend it to friends and family.

Positives:
the breakfast is fine and good thing is include in package. Location of hotel is good. the price of hotel is okay not too much expensive than other hotel.
Negatives:
in the first night, the hot water of my room was not enough for 4 person...the last person took shower and the hot water not hot. The elevators of hotel was super slow....goes up or goes down took 15-20 minutes for waiting line...because it is slow so people always backing up. oh, and Wi-Fi is not completely free. My kids don't want use it because feeling we have to pay during my kids download game or watching movies, there is no price list of that so...we don't know how much that hotel will charge if we download games or use Wi-Fi.

Positives:
* Location: The hotel was located near a lot of restaurants and parks
* Check in: Was very smooth and staff was super friendly.
* Room: Clean room. Super comfy bed. Really liked that there was plenty of space inside the room compared to other hotels. Lots of channels available
* Bathroom: Was clean although the shower pressure could be improved but this is just minor.
* Restaurant: The restaurant inside the hotel called The Florentine Kitchen had some very good full American Breakfast.
* Wifi: Was okay but slow on weekends. Waiters were super friendly too.
Overall enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back and rebook this hotel on my next visit to San Diego.
Negatives:
* Check in: Even though I have pre-booked and paid in full online they still required a $150 deposit incase there are any damages in the room. They did however, return it after checking out which I also appreciated.
* Restaurant: The Florentine Kitchen had some decent dishes but I also did not like their cheeseburger. This could be improved.

The property was very aesthetically pleasing and was in a great location in walking distance to little Italy and all it has to offer.
Negatives:
I booked a king room and they had ran out of king rooms by our check in date and ended up giving us a 2 double-bed room. Not bad but also not what I booked and paid for. Was told I’d be able to swap in the morning and was still unable to. Very disappointed with that.

Nice and cozy room, very well located and the small gym is also a nice plus. The beautiful lobby with nice big open spaces was an added plus too

The pool and hot tub were great , there was a small gym which was enjoyable .

An item was “lost” from the room and it did not seem to matter to the manager he said they looked and nothing was ever done.
Also 40$ per night for parking is ridiculous.
