The location was close to where we needed to be and the beach. The staff was very accommodating and nice.

The couch in the room was very small and not in good condition at all. It probably needs to be thrown away.

Negatives:
They charged an extra $30 a night for parking and the room was right next to the loud entrance. The mattress was worn out and uncomfortable and the door was broken when we checked in. No complimentary breakfast or coffee either.

Positives:
For an already expensive stay the price for parking was unnecessary. No complimentary food. It wasn’t even a super nice Hilton but you charged and arm and a leg for everything. Too expensive for what it is.
Negatives:
Everything was expensive. You have to pay for parking and a meal?
I’ve been to nicer less expensive hotels with complimentary breakfast and free parking… it was ridiculous

Very little toilet paper, not enough towels, the staff seemed bothered when we asked for anything. There’s no morning coffee or water station like every other Hilton I’ve stayed at. Could have just stayed at a motel 6 for the same experience.

the room was dilapidated and unclean. the top sheet was stained. there was a hole behind the toilet where the pipe entered the wall. and the room had a bad smell.

Liked that it had a restaurant, bar and vending machines if needed
Negatives:
1. Parking deck detached from hotel and travel back and forth was nuisance especially walking all the way around in the dark.
2. Hallways smell bad, as if they need to put in new carpet. I do understand it’s older place but do some renovations
3. The housekeeper left our balcony door and curtains wide open(on 1st floor). Easy access for anything (items stolen, bugs etc). I was angry about this carelessness. Then they gave me key to a new room, in which wasn’t working!
4. Housekeepers were not replenishing items. We had to keep asking for things.
5. Bathroom had large open hole under sink it. Again renovate!
6. Please bring your own shower caddy. As you can tell they had some prior but no longer. So out 1st floor room didn’t have a tub so, where am I putting items when showering?..
We never plan to return to that Hotel or ANY Doubletree again!
