Location - close to major tourist spots but still quiet. Also close to the trolley station which is a plus. Wasn’t bothered by noise, it was a good hotel and we had a great experience. Breakfast was also great.

The hotel is in the perfect location the trolley stop is behind the hotel, the airport bus stop is a short 5 minutes away.the room was clean beds are comfortable. The staff is friendly

The only thing I could complain about is some of the hot food during breakfast wasn’t hot. We witnessed staff not closing the lid on the hot dishes

The hotel is close to a trolley station, which made transportation around town very easy.

The hotel does not have a bar or restaurant (except for breakfast). As there are a lot of both in San Diego it would have been helpful of the hotel had listed nearby bars and restaurants

The location is great! Right in front of the pier. The hotel is nice and cozy, very clean. Breakfast is simple but good. Overall very good experience

There are rooms next to the trails that are extremly noisy, i asked for a far room from the trails but still could hear it from my room. The 40$ parking charge per night!! Guests should not pay so much for parking.

Great location and nice staff. The bed and pillows were not comfortable at all, my wife and I woke up both mornings with back/neck aches. They were doing renovations on the elevators (which is a much, because those were scary!) Breakfast was a standard continental with just basics of breads, cereal, yogurt and fruits.
