Positives:
It's a beautiful hotel with nice rooms; very central, walking distance to many places. Finish your day in the roof-top bar—it's gorgeous! The personnel are kind and helpful. You can park in a secured parking lot within 5 minutes' walking distance for $1/hour.
Negatives:
Some little things / not transparent hidden charges are annoying: breakfast needs to be reserved, not enough space for all and its a'la card; while booking it said breakfast included, but when you start digging into it, it's for two people only (we're a family of 4); there is a mysterious $15/day facility charge with a half a page instruction how you can use it by buying overpriced water and chocolate bars - very confusing; 65$ a night for parking ... a public parking costs you 12-13$ a night within 5 min walking distance, etc. The hotel people are very friendly and helpful, which makes it easy to manage.

The location is impeccable. The rooftop bar while over priced is beautiful. The rooms are well appointed.
Negatives:
The floor in our room was dirty. You could see the spots of dirtiness with the angle of the sun. It’s pretty gross especially when you have a pet. The pet fee was not mentioned until checkin which is annoying. Parking is silly expensive.

The staff were friendly and explained everything well. My wife had a medical incident one morning, and I called the desk to call 911. They were efficient and especially caring towards my wife and myself. It was very much appreciated. I would definitely stay there again. Great location, walking distance to a variety of restaurants .

Very noisy hotel to be avoided if you travel for business. It's probably good when your on a family trip. The breakfast is very expensive for low quality food. the personal is distant and unfriendly. The invoicing is a nightmare, nothing is clear on the invoice and I still didn;t receive the final invoice I requested by e-mail.

The property is amazing, the views from different areas are spectacular. The service from all hotel staff is welcoming. Rooms are a great size and really clean.
Food on both restaurants Borrego and Table 509 is exceptional.

Overall they stay was great, I was hoping the roof top was also accessible thru out the day aside of that the Hotel overall is fabulous.
