We wanted to stay one more night and tried to set that up the first day we got there. The guy at the counter told us it was going to take a while to put everything in. Had been about 10 mins as we really wanted to pay up front but he insisted we come back. We came back the morning that we were wanting to book the extra night (initially our stay was only 2 days through booking.com) and found out it would be almost double for the one extra night (Sunday night btw) in terms of what we had paid for our two nights on booking.com. It was crazy but there was nothing we could do about it at that time. We felt like we weren’t given the information about cost for the third night up front and felt like they were trying to dupe us as they knew it was expensive. We felt taken advantage of. Otherwise an excellent hotel but don’t think I’ll be staying here again related to that. Also parking was weird- you had to valet or you had to go find your own parking…. Either street with meters or lots blocks away!
