The desk clerk during 9pm on Saturday was nice but not very helpful

My blankets had a big burn hole. In them and room was covered in ants I woke up with bites everywhere on myself as well as my bf we were told we weren't able to switch rooms due to there being no availability we weren't even offered partial refund way to pricey to spend night getting bit my bugs and how does the made miss burn hole so bad it goes through blanket and comforter

There was water shutdown at the hotel when I arrived late in the evening, it was cut off until 6am the next morning. And the staff that was working refused to just give me a water bottle so I can brush my teeth. Super rude. There was also a dirty towel hanging in the bathroom when I got to my room.

If all you want is...

They always put my family on the noisy side of highway every time or put us under ground rooms below the earth. Sometimes giving us an unfinished room having to ask to be moved. When ask to move put me in one of those Horrible noisy room or dungeon.
We use to get good rooms until one of the employees lied on our room. Said we left it dirty and stink and that was not us. We clean our room from trash and all before we leave. We are in our 60’s and 70’s .
