Positives: My recent experience at Manchester Grand Hyatt San Diego was nothing short of exceptional. Nestled in a prime location, this hotel offers a perfect blend of convenience and luxury.

Negatives: While my stay at Manchester Grand Hyatt San Diego was overall delightful, there was one aspect that slightly dampened the experience: the limited availability of the elevator descending to the lobby. It would be beneficial for the management to consider investing in additional elevators or finding alternative solutions to alleviate the congestion, such as implementing a system to manage elevator usage during busy periods. This would not only enhance the guest experience but also ensure smoother operations for all.

Negatives: Got our room late and when we went to shower the next day the shower was full of hair all over the shower walls. It had not been cleaned. Very disappointed we were unable to shower before checking out. Big inconvenience. Also pillow had brown stains. Negatives: Very very Dirty bathroom, broken in-room sink with cracks and completely clogged up, filthy carpets, broken toilet seat!!!, it's a $20 to replace. Very very run down hotel, "secured " garage has wide open doors directly to public street as a result a pile of number two between my car and the elevator. Horrific. And 12 hours later still there, no cleaning at all. Included breakfast: waited 10 minutes to get seated in a restaurant with barely 15 guests tops, bill arrived on my table as soon as I set down. At the level of Ihop, shouldn't be at Hyatt . I would like to get my money back, as nobody should pay for hotel in that condition!
