Positives: The ambience was nice, decor is nice and centrally located.

Negatives: The bathtubs are filthy they stained and dingy the tile on the walks are dirty and disgusting and both the tub and walls are discolored and needs to be disinfected! They’re literally just running water! I personally took a shower with my sandals on! Also they had some time of concert Saturday and there was no access to pool which my kids wanted to use! Should have disclosed that prior to checking in.

Negatives: Wish there was a little store inside hotel open 24 hrs with basics like snacks. The coffee shop is great but not open all day.

Negatives: Staff were not helpful. Not friendly. The cleaning service was bad. The room was not insulated properly. So much noise from the other rooms.
