There was something wrong with the room, perhaps mold, because after the 2nd night staying there all 3 of us had a cough and throat ache. One person was so sick she had to go to urgent care. The hotel was fine prior to that although the bed wasn't comfortable and there was food and drink spilled all over the shared spaces that weren't cleaned up for hours. The staff were nice, the location was great, it had fun amenities but I don't think I'll be returning

Paying full price I expected a full room. We were placed in a room directly next to the access for the pool where you could see clearly through our windows so any type of view was a lie in the description. Our room was also a conjoined room with a locked door so I could hear EVERYTHING our neighbor did… yes everything. Mind you the hotel was EMPTY. The staff was kind enough to put us there so I’ll be kind enough to say the staff was NOT very good. I would have asked for money back or a change in room but there was never anyone around and certainly no one willing to help. SAVE YOUR MONEY. Book elsewhere.

The location is perfect in terms of the convention centre. It is also perfect for runners like me as the marina area is close and this is a perfect place for an early morning run.
Negatives:
I was travelling from europe and was out of synch in terms of the time of day. The noise from the pool area made it difficult to go to sleep very early.
