There was a $150.00 fee not expected, used debit card used it all day to move, their machine declined, call my bank in front of manager they confirmed no issues with card plenty of money, slept in car, want refund

Dont walk barefoot on the floor because the floors will not be swept or mopped. The shower was not clean. The furniture is very used and old. Including the mattresses.
