Negatives: Dear Booking.com Customer Service Team, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent hotel booking at mission view inn& suites made through your website. Upon arriving at the hotel for my prepaid stay, I was informed by the front desk that my reservation was considered a third-party booking and that I was not allowed to check in due to my late arrival. This condition was not stated anywhere on your site or by the hotel's own information prior to my arrival. As a loyal customer who has trusted Booking.com for my travel arrangements, I find this situation highly unacceptable and misleading. It has caused me significant inconvenience and distress, as I was left without accommodation late at night. I am requesting urgent compensation for this oversight and the inconvenience it has caused me. I would appreciate a prompt response to resolve this matter satisfactorily. Positives: The towels were soft.
Negatives: Everything smelled musty at best. Even the sheets smelled strange. The bathtub had a plastic, stick on liner on then bottom to cover the cracks and wear and tear on it.

Positives: The 3 things I liked about my stay was the hotel was close to Seaworld/shopping centers, there was a good size refrigerator and microwave
Negatives: Both our mattress had stains on them and it didn’t even look like someone attempted to clean it. Our bathroom door didn’t close. The gym had old machines that didn’t work correctly and there was one 45lb dumb bell. The gym needs to be updated. The atmosphere wasn’t the greatest. People kept going into the room next to us, knocking on their door every 2 hours. The elevator also smelled like weed a few times

Positives: I like the location. I like the bathroom. I like the room have a refrigerator.
Negatives: Housekeeping knocked the door like 3 times at 8am to 9am and her answer was " oh no sorry ". The bed sheet and blanket didn't like, they were very thin.
