The staff seemed quite junior and needed help but there was a lot of miscommunication regarding getting rooms on the same floor. I received a text saying the room was ready and it was not. Which was only remedied with one free drink ticket. There was no update on timing and we were wanting to get to the ballpark so we had to get a room on another floor for the remainder of our family. This was frustrating as we were a party with both toddlers and seniors. There’s a lot of construction to there’s only one bar and cafe and the service was slow and drinks were just okay. We asked if we could borrow chargers and they had none. I received many texts regarding my stay however nothing was ever accommodated. Incredibly expensive entertainment packages, no option to check out on TV. Front desk was understaffed so didn’t bother with talking to staff upon leaving. It wasn’t clear how valet was coordinated with the reservation and if it would be added to hotel or paid directly to third party valet.
