Check-in was supposed to be available at 4:00 pm, but our room wasn't ready. When we did get to our room, the cleaning staff missed garbage (candy bar wrappers) from previous guests, and the body wash bottle in shower was empty.

Housekeeper didn’t show up one day, a staff member came at 6:30 pm to clean the room…we were in for night so not necessary, tv remote didn’t work, tv stopped working, maintenance did get there fairly quick to fix. Power went out twice, patio furniture dirty. Room had a locker room smell.
