Great location, good breakfast and friendly staff. Hotel bed and conformt is decent. However still under renovation and found ants in the room. Asked for room change, but over booked at the time. The staff and management are friendly to waive the room night. I end up moved to another hotel.

Front office staff name Skip Plitt his feelings got hurt and confronted me & my wife in front of other guests during breakfast that he will kick us out. Now now, just because the response I got when I asked when our room is going to get cleaned was “I DON’T KNOW.” Mr Plitt’s (I was rude to him) that he will have us “leave!” First time a hotel staff will ask guests to leave aside from the POLICE.

This hotel does live up to the service vis-a-vis the raye they charge per day.

Breakfast room closes at 8:30 during the week. Due to a few morning calls, I missed my breakfast. Also coffee or the not anymore available.
Not a great variety of nice restaurants in neighborhood.

Our room was remodeled nicely

YES the bathtub drained extremely slow. After they fixed it we ran water and LOTS black hair came up out of the drain. That was GROSS. This proved the maid did not clean the bathtub from the previous guest. It LOOKED clean up to that point.
Positives:
Skip, hands down very helpful. Offered great suggestions about where to eat and things to do. Communicated well and would come back just because of him. Parking was plentiful as many hotels are not.
Negatives:
The mattress in room 313 was horrendous. It felt like we were sleeping on a stack of non supportive blankets. Hotel is the middle of refurbishing which wasn't noisy however it did shut down the breakfast area. The substitute breakfast was 3/10.

Incredible location! I highly recommend it, especially for families with babies. The hotel is conveniently situated near the city center, making it perfect for exploring.
