Positives: the room was nice and had lots of space. Office staff was friendly. The hotel room was clean.

Negatives: No hot water! We had to start the water 30 min before we wanted to shower. I wish hotels would not clean with fabuloso we are allergic and makes the stay difficult. No ice machine!

Negatives: Very outdated, from the hallway facade, to the carpet, ac unit, restroom and the entirety, considering its Ramada, we were expecting it to be a quality hotel.
