The location is good. Close to the gas lamp quarter. The room and bathroom are clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly.

The room WiFi is not stable. Most of the time I still used my 5G.

The beds in this hotel are some of the most comfortable we have ever stayed in. The location makes it well suited to visit the zoo, Midway and Coronado with a short taxi ride. Local facilities are ok with good breakfast spot across the road.
Negatives:
No staff to assist with bags when we arrived but may have just been timing. Could not pay for extras such as drinks with cash which was a little odd but am nitpicking here…

You will hear the talking from the next room so clearly;
Lack of maintenance, water coming out from the bottom of the glass door, and the bathroom is unusable.
Wifi is not even showing up.
Most importantly, the front desk services are so bad that when I complained about the things they told me talk to booking.com and do whatever I want to do...
OMG, I really regret to choose this "4 star" hotel.
