We love staying here each year, but may not stay again because the parking fee of $35.00 per night was outrageous. Sorry! I can find a comparable place that does not charge as much for parking :)

The location was beautiful. Staff very friendly, accommodating and willing to help with everything. When we arrived we were put in a different room to what we expected, as we didn't have the harbour view we had paid for. We stayed the first night in this room but I did query this the next day and we were moved to the correct room without any issues and we were over the moon.
Negatives:
Couldn't get food past 9pm from firefly bar which was a shame as pool stayed open until 10 so having food available until this time would be better.

Room!!!!!! The view of the bay was exactly like the picture on the website. They gave me the second floor as I asked because I don't like staying on the ground floor - the view is not as nice & more people can come close to the room so not as safe. Parking was right next to the building & my room. Was mostly quite. The view of the bay was so relaxing it really helped all the stress I was under doing what I was there for. Am planning on going back in November!

Room was not cleaned one day after leaving at 1115 am
Asked for one hour complimentary extension on final day and was told they could not do it. Walls not sound proof.

The only thing I didn't like was you have to pay for parking. However I do understand why. With the bars on the property you would have a traffic jam of cars from those not staying.

Good location with privacy and nice room with amenities. Bar and Grill is clean and service excellent. Pool and walking areas around the marina are first class. Lots to see and the flora a fauna are a big plus. Comfortable rooms and very clean environment.
Negatives:
There should be security provided, as some homeless were present on property Sunday Morning. The parking is extra and not advertised, so not great. Also directions to buildings and in/out is too complicated. Again, an on-site manager or liason would help this property.
