The staff members Sandra and Adrian were very helpful.
Negatives:
Strong fragrance in the lobby that goes out into the hallways and is very strong in the rooms, I was moved to a room at the end of the hall which improved that. Just something to be mindful of if you are allergic/sensitive to fragrances. Unfortunately the AC heater was very weak so we woke up freezing and there was a nasty smell when using the sinks. So for the Pro's. I thought the property was very nice and clean. The staff was friendly and courteous. We had left a couple of items in the room, laptop, which was turned in by housekeeping which is definitely a positive!
Negatives:
Cons. This is probably one of the only hotels in the area that charges you to park your car on the property, $45/night! Thats ridiculous! You can find a little parking on the street but you either suck it up or walk a short distance.
Second, if you are in any kind of a hurry do not eat breakfast there. The coffee is weak, food takes forever and overpriced.

The hotel itself was very new and nice. The staff was great, the breakfast was very good. The valet was friendly and professional.
Negatives:
One of the barn doors on the bathroom was coming off of its track. Also the shade covering the shower glass would not retract. While the property itself was beautiful I got the sense that possibly the maintenance was a little lacking.
