Positives:
The location is great. In spite of the facility being nearly 100 years old, the overall condition is run down. The rooms are very cramped , as would be expected from a 100 year old hotel. The staff was only mediocre.
Negatives:
There is no food service, or anything that can be purchased on site. The complimentary fruit at the front desk was stale. This is just a mediocre facility at best, lots of outside noise. The water pressure is exceptionally low. Its humorous.

Positives:
Positives: The temp adjustments for the shower are on the opposite wall of the shower head. The evening staff was nice and accommodating when we needed Tylenol for a headache. Location is close to the waterfront and an Uber away to tourist attractions.
Negatives:
Overall, a disappointing stay with little things that added up. Housekeeping knocking at 8:30 a.m. to clean our first morning, computers did not work to print boarding passes, offered to call taxi to catch an early morning flight but never did, and upon
