The main pool is nice

The rooms are so rundown. The room we were given was at the very end with the windows facing a walkway. There was sounds from what seemed to be a car loud stereo. The rooms need A LOT OF improvement. There was water damage in the bathroom. The water took a VERY long time to get a little warm, it never got very hot. There was a long slow line to check in.

The food, amenities, and location. I felt safe there. It was very clean and well kept. Staff was wonderful. Lots of on-site restaurants.

There was not a thing I disliked about this location. I was on the highest floor number 10, and the premises has elevators.
