after being switched unexpectedly from another location we arrived to an empty front desk. after 15 minutes of waiting, we were greeted by a very rude employee that did not have any interest in a good customer experience.

The parking was great. The location was also very convenient.

The room(s) were old, dirty, and dingy. The front door had a hole, the bathrooms were dirty, with used rags still there and the floors looked like they were peeling and coming apart. The keys to the room hardly worked and the halls smelled of cigarerrete.

The first room we received, the keys did t work and the door was broken and beat up. We received a second room and the bathroom was filthy with dirty wash cloths.. We went back to the front office and we received, yet another room.. Was not clean either!

Counter tops for the kitchenette were old and pieces were missing. They patched the ceiling in the shower but didnt paint it. Room was way smaller then it looked in the pictures.
