1- took me close to 45 mins to check in due to drunk/drugged out irate guests.
2- REQUESTED 2 separate wake up calls to not even receive one. ENTIRE PURPOSE OF THE STAT WAS TO BE CLOSER TO JOB SITE AND TO MY LUCK FIRST TIME IN MY LIFE I DIDN’T RECEIVE A WAKE UP CALL
3- COULDN’T CONTACT MY GUEST ONCE I DEPARTED SO SHE DIDN’T OVERSLEEP PAST CHECK OUT CALLED THE OFFICE COUNTLESS TIMES WAS NEVER ABLE TO CONNECT / CALL MY ROOM PERIOD!!!!!!

5-COMPLETELY LACKING ANY TYPE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO RECTIFY THE SITUATION AFTER I MENTIONED ALL MY ISSUES…

Staff extremely rude, seemed one staff women wanted to fight, cause my husband was helping her out. Then all the sudden we were put on a banned list. Said we graffiti in green marker in the room from a previous stay, so we were not able to check in for our reservation. I'm a homeschool mom and don't write on walls
