No toilet paper on check-in. Listed as “Deluxe”, but didn’t seem like it. I believe there was supposed to be a microwave…nope. Only one outlet to plug in chargers, and accessories. Also outlet was VERY loose.

The second room was comfortable, good size and cleaned. Totally different from the first one I was allocated.

The red window curtain was odd.
The receptionist that checked me in was not pleasant so was the other guy other night too.
The first room I was allocated was small, odd, with a lot of hair in the floor and the shower wasn’t working. I had to wait for the shift change to request another room because the first receptionist was unable to help me.
