Positives:
Great location! Property was well kept, clean and comfortable. The room was spacious for San Francisco. I was a little surprised by that. The staff were great and valet parking was super convenient.
Negatives:
The bed was really comfortable but I was not a fan of the pillows. They were flat, you needed 100 of them to make one decent pillow. It would be better if they provided at least two substantial pillows instead of all under-stuffed down.

The staff couldn’t have been nicer

It was so noisy some of our family didn’t get much sleep over the trip, dogs barking through the night, loud music, street cleaners or the unidentified rattling noise, there wasn’t one interrupted night. The rooms are as clean as they can be but are just dated.

Excellent location at the Fishermans Wharf. Ideal for morning walk start. Good staff, good food and wine. If we will be back in SF we will chose it again
