The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. A lovely property in a very central area. Pleasant staff and a seemingly safe hotel.
Negatives:
The breakfast is slightly lacking but perfect for the price. There is an old style to the kitchen and bathroom but the appliances and plumbing works perfectly.

The valet situation is ridiculous. I called for my car. The valet was supposed to bring my car at check out. I waited almost 2 hours. My husband had to walk 3 blocks by himself in an unfamiliar area to the valet parking garage and retrieve our car as the valet and the hotel were having communication issues. Due to this, my husband and I missed our ferry, and we lost $180.00 worth of tickets due to this valet issue. You pay $45.00 a day to have your car safe and available this is sooooo not the case. Very disappointed..WILL NOT BE BACK!!!
