Positives: Everything about this hotel was GREAT !!! I love the foot light that comes on automatically when you get out of bed. I need that at home. The restaurants were good. ( The Breakfast Buffet was a bit pricey but you get a discount if you are staying there. ) I would recommend this hotel to anyone and would stay there again. Oh yeah, one more thing, the shower was AWESOME !!!

Negatives: There is nothing that I did not like and I am pretty picky.

Positives: I give 5 stars for location, but cleaning had some issues, when we keep a sign Do not disturb then later cleaners would not come to clean it even after calling a concierge. It was a bit annoying. As well they are not flexible maintaining relationship with a customer. We wanted to add a night from a colleague who left early and they said no… I would expect better service as well. Low professiknalism.
