The staff were so rude. We tried to ask them if they have a slippers that they could give us. They said unfortunately no they dont have but we heard one of the staff whispered o another front desk staff that they will go to their car and give us their slippers. What a way to treat your customers. Please educate them more about customer service. We are very disappointed.
