Nil. Worst hotel I have ever stayed in.
Negatives:
Very poor room. Strong smell of disinfectant. Safe not working. Broken furniture strips. Overall dirty room. Elevator had to be operated by hotel staff. Poor breakfast with paper plates/cups. Plastic cutlery.

Location close to 5th and Mission was very convenient for my purposes. Also, very close to Powell St. station for BART and Metro. Room was spacious and clean with a safe and refrigerator. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel was clean and comfortable.
Negatives:
The area around the hotel was very depressing. Large number of homeless people obviously on drugs outside the hotel, with a strong smell of urine. We weren't bothered much by them. Nevertheless, we made sure we were back in the hotel before dark..
