Staff were not very friendly and welcoming. Water bottles in the room were not complimentary and the price for them was extortionate. The beds were extremely small

The view was the only thing good about this hotel.
Negatives:
The staff was unresponsive when calling. We get to the hotel and our room is dirty and still has left over q-tip and mascara in the couch. The cribs they offer are pack and plays, and the one they brought us to use was never cleaned from the previous user. And then when I ask about the breakfast included in our stay they tell me I need to call booking because they have it wrong and do not include breakfast and were never paid by booking for said breakfast but was willing to charge me an extra $35 a person.

False advertising and dirty hotel.
Positives:
My KING bed was VERY comfortable , did not want to get out of bed. Location was located in/near China Town, walking distance to bars and restaurants.
Negatives:
Did not have a pool, no after hours snack or drink area near check in. Only thing after hours to get something to drink was the EXPENSIVE vending machine on the 7th floor.

Was given the room nearest to elevator. Every time any of the elevators moved it sounded like a jet engine in the room. Not sure why they even have that room but they definitely need to just seal it up.
Also, they really need to put some coffee in the lobby/common areas. It doesn’t cost much and it saves on using pods in every room.

Positives:
The room was great, everything was clean, and the views were amazing. Overall comfort was amazing. No complaints. Our trip was short but if we could have extended we would have definitely stayed another night.
Negatives:
Staff was incredibly rude and short to keep you moving away from from the front desk. The clerk helping us check in was unhelpful and overall an unpleasant start to our stay with Hilton. We had to ask multiple questions, standard questions, because he wasn't providing us basic information like how parking worked or how to even get to the elevators to get to our rooms! We also received an email from Hilton confirming our two rooms would be near each other and when we checked in, somehow we were placed on two separate floors and there was "nothing he could do about it." The next day we had to pay for parking even though! we paid Hilton for the parking. It was much cheaper to pay the meter overnight than what Hilton charged us for parking. The clerk helping us at check out could not refund us the money we paid for the meter, incredible ending to the level of customer service at this hotel. Would we stay here again? Only if the location suits our plans.
