Negatives: We arrived and the hotel staff immediately went on strike, shouting with signs "pay your salary" in the morning was not what we expected, no one cleaned the room, they didn't even change the towels, the receptionists were very unpleasant, they refused to talk and explain why they wrote off 2 thousand dollars more than they should have, they told us to contact the police if we didn't like something. If they don't return the money within 5 days, I'll contact the police. Check your cards when you check out, otherwise you might not even notice

Positives: The room was clean, Coffee facilities was great and restocked, towels plenty to obtain.
Negatives: tried to move my dates but I was informed by Hilton to do this via booking.com. Check was chaotic and was never informed if I had indeed booked breakfast, did attempt to go back and ask but queue for reception was too long as only 1 member of staff on at a time. And they took the reward customers first even through I queued longer than the priority customers. - although was given plenty of water. Hotel was very busy and not in a great part of town so didn't feel safe with all the homeless people as always USA tips tips tips for not doing a great deal

Positives: Location- clean and lots of space. Modern but still contemporary. I liked the little coffee shop at the entrance and that’s it’s walking distance to the public transit - and easy access to main sites in SFO
Negatives: Some fixtures in the room need a bit of attention such as the cord for the blinds and the bathroom doors that don’t glide as easily. Room temperature control required for me to text the concierge to do it remotely. The duvet cover needs to be replaced as it had some holes on the side. But everything was clean.
