A full refund being the faculty on video refused to allow our family member to escort us to our room. For private matters and for restroom purposes. They yelled at us and our guests
, on video they verify they don't have online policies that match their in house policies, they misgendered us and were discriminatory and we have video evidence. Shame on bookinh.c9m to suggest such a civil rights violation Hotel spot. They refused us services and we are Going to request a full refund being they violated our civil protected rights.

Positives:
Location is good. They are honest about the amenities and it could have been much worse in SF to be honest. The property takes care of security as well, given the location, I felt safe inside. For this price range its rather good fro SF.
Negatives:
They had an online system breakdown, we did not get our promised parking discount and they couldn't do anythig about it. Room was a bit too small. They do not accept internation debit cards, if we did not have apple pay, it would have been a total mess.

this is my worst hotel experience ever. this hotel ruined my visit to san Francisco.
firstly what you see on photos on the booking page is very different from reality. the photos look glossy but when I came, I met really old carpets and beddings.
they don't give you the rules on booking. apparently you have to pay a $250 deposit when you arrive which is not on the booking page.
also they do not allow you have any visitors. a friend came visiting and was rudely asked to leave by staff because apparently you can't have visitors in your room. this information is not given before booking and when you complain, they point to a piece of paper at the reception where this is written.
I will not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. really bad experience

Cheating. The hotel took a $250 deposit from me. I paid by debit card. The reception promised to refund the deposit within 2 working days, but unfortunately they didn't. After my message, they reasoned that due to the fact that I paid via debit card, they would refund the money within 30 days. (start 2024-08-19). More than 40 days have passed, there is no money, I contacted my bank, they said to contact the hotel, they must make a refund. The hotel ignores my messages, lies that they have stolen money

Location was perfect for exploring but overpriced for what it was though it was in line with similar hotels at the cheaper end of the scale for San Francisco. No breakfast but Honey Honey diner onbthe next corner was great. Plenty of other affordable dining options in the area.

Comfortable and clean but expensive for what it was but in line with other properties at the so called cheaper end of the central SanFrancisco market.
