If the property wish to lock the entry door, they should put procedures in that reception staff follow.
On day 5, I buzzed the button, no responce so I buzzed again.
Upon entry I smiled and treated the staff member. His reply was to question me. I thought didn’t quiet hear his words I thought he asked, “how was your day?”
My responce was “we had a great day, how is your day”
I had a blank look from him and he said, are you a guest here?
after being in this property one would think right??

They asked me to pay 250$ refundable in 30 day usually it’s just a security deposit but I heard refundable in 30 days which is ridiculous if I hear it right.
No microwave to heat up food, the heating / Ac was centralized and I called the front desk to say I was cold , he said to call in 45 mins when it was almost MN so I fell asleep covering my self with folded linens and bed cover to keep me warm. I called front desk many time but to no avail my calls was diverted to like a automatic answering machine that my needs or wants didn’t get answered
